Real-time mentorship platform
Present
Owned end-to-end build of the company’s mentorship business line. Engineered WebSocket-based messaging, Agora SDK audio/video calling with screen sharing, voice notes, file uploads, and automated read receipts. Architected a Container–Presenter UI backed by 25+ custom React hooks managing session timers, monetisation flows, and complex async state.
LMS micro-frontend migration
2024
Led the full migration of the LMS from a legacy iframe-based monolith to Module Federation micro-frontends — enabling independent deployments and modular team ownership across the platform. Drove a 10% increase in web user traffic; the platform now handles 1.05M daily active users.
Design system & component library
Present
Designed and shipped a company-wide design system and UI component library with multi-theme support, CSS Modules, and Storybook documentation. Eliminated duplicated UI work across product teams and standardised accessibility patterns end-to-end.
In-house SDKs & observability
Present
Architected and maintained an SDK suite — auth, API clients, feature flagging, contextual config, analytics — standardising integrations across every micro-frontend. Built a Core Web Vitals auditing pipeline wired into Sentry to surface regressions across critical user flows.
Engineering practices & reliability
Established frontend engineering standards across repositories: coding conventions, semantic versioning, code-review workflows, reusable boilerplates, and CI-friendly tooling. Ran performance and security audits to improve runtime reliability and maintainability platform-wide.
Workflow simulation & resource allocation
Developed a data-driven simulation model to optimise chemical process workflows, delivering a 20% improvement in process efficiency. Proposed a utilisation-based resource management strategy with measurable potential to reduce operating costs and improve sustainability.
